Build your chair brand on our platforms
We have run OEM and ODM programs for office, gaming and health chairs for years. Here is exactly what you can change, what it costs in time and tooling, and where we will push back.
Most buyers start with ODM: we take an existing platform — say the MeshPro ergonomic base or the Apex gaming shell — and adapt it to your spec. That means your logo embroidered or moulded on the headrest, your upholstery colours and materials, your armrest and pillow choices, and your master-carton artwork and manuals. Because the platform and its mechanisms are already patented and tooled, ODM keeps your cost and lead time sane, and it gives you a chair a rival factory cannot trivially copy.
Full OEM — a ground-up chair to your drawings — is also on the table. Be aware it carries mould and tooling cost and a longer first-run lead time, so it only pays off at volume or when you genuinely need a shape no platform gives you. We will tell you honestly when an ODM tweak gets you 90% of the way for a fraction of the spend.

MOQ, lead time and what we need from you
We have not published a fixed per-SKU MOQ because the honest answer depends on your model mix. Container economics drive it: a 40HQ holds roughly 200–300 chairs depending on assembled vs knock-down. For a confirmed program, samples run 7–15 days and mass production typically 25–40 days after deposit and artwork sign-off. To quote accurately we need your target models, quantities, market, upholstery preference and any compliance requirement — the more you tell us, the tighter the number.
