Ergonomic engineering

What we actually tune

Lumbar that follows the spine

Mesh models use a self-adjusting lumbar sling; health models add a dynamic lumbar that loads as you recline. The goal is to keep your pelvis from rolling back at hour six.

Mechanisms we cycle-test

Synchronous and multifunction tilts are bench-tested for recline-lock and return. We test to BIFMA and EN reference cycles in-house; a formal third-party report can be arranged per order.

Foam density, on purpose

Cold-cure moulded foam in the gaming shells holds its shape longer than chip foam. We will tell you the density trade-off if you want a softer or firmer seat.

Capacity & IP

Why the numbers matter to a buyer

Scale is not bragging here — it is what lets us hold a price and a date. Our patent count is what keeps competitors from copying the mechanisms you are paying for.

80,000 m² under one roof

Foam, upholstery, metalwork and assembly on one site means fewer hand-offs and tighter quality control than a workshop that outsources frames.

2,000,000+ chairs a year

Real volume means your 5,000-piece order is not bending the schedule. It also means stock frames are usually on hand for fast sampling.

100+ product patents

Tilt mechanisms, lumbar systems and frame geometries we own — so an ODM project built on our platform is harder for a rival factory to clone.

Where we ship

Export markets we know how to serve

We are an export-oriented plant and have shipped chairs well beyond China. Specific country volumes vary by season; here is how we usually handle each region.

Middle East & Africa

Asia-Pacific

Gaming and mesh office lines, fast sampling for Japan, Korea and Australia buyers.

Latin America

Knock-down packing options to cut freight, Spanish/Portuguese spec sheets.

Buyer questions

The things importers actually ask

What is your minimum order quantity?

For stock-frame models we typically start container-level orders — a 40HQ holds roughly 200–300 chairs depending on whether they ship assembled or knock-down. We have not published a fixed per-SKU MOQ, so tell us your model mix and target volume and we will quote the smallest run we can run economically.

Are your chairs certified to BIFMA or EN standards?

Our components and finished chairs are engineered to BIFMA and EN reference standards, and we cycle-test mechanisms in-house. We hold ISO 9001 (since 2002) and ISO 14001 (since 2005). Formal third-party BIFMA/EN reports for a specific model can be arranged for your order — ask us before you place it so we schedule the testing.

Can you produce our brand, colour and packaging (OEM/ODM)?

Yes. We run OEM and ODM for office, gaming and health chairs — your logo on the headrest, custom upholstery colours, your master carton artwork and manuals. ODM means we adapt an existing platform to your spec; full ground-up tooling is possible but carries mould cost and longer lead time.

What is the typical lead time?

Samples usually take 7–15 days. Mass production for a confirmed order is commonly 25–40 days after deposit and artwork sign-off, depending on volume, upholstery and how loaded the line is. Peak season (roughly Aug–Oct) runs longer, so book early.
