An Anji chair factory that designs its own chairs

We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Design, R&D, foam, upholstery, metalwork, assembly and packing all happen on our 80,000 m² floor in Dipu Town, Anji. That vertical setup is why we can hold a quoted price and date: there is no third-party frame shop to blame when a schedule slips. Our annual capacity runs past two million chairs a year, which is the kind of volume that keeps a mid-size importer's orders from bending the production calendar.

The chairs themselves fall into a few families. Ergonomic mesh chairs — task, meeting and visitor seats with adaptive lumbar and synchronous tilt — are the airy, all-day backbone of the business. Executive and leather chairs, high-back and mid-back, are built around cold-cure moulded foam and tested tilt mechanisms. Heavy-duty big-and-tall chairs round out the range for shift work and larger users. We hold more than a hundred product patents across these mechanisms, which matters most when you build an ODM program on our platforms and do not want it cloned next season.

On certification: we have run a quality system to ISO 9001 since 2002 and an environmental system to ISO 14001 since 2005, and we are recognised as a Zhejiang grade-A "contract-honoring and trustworthy" enterprise. We engineer chairs to BIFMA and EN reference standards and cycle-test mechanisms in-house. We are careful not to overclaim third-party marks we do not hold for every model — if your market needs a formal BIFMA or EN test report on a specific chair, tell us before the order and we will schedule that testing rather than wave a generic certificate.

We are export-oriented and have been recognised locally as an advanced mechanical-and-electrical export enterprise, so the paperwork and packing for ocean freight are routine here. What we are not: a publicly listed company. You may see stock codes attached to similarly named firms online — those are different companies, and we will never borrow their numbers to look bigger.
